Grind down the rails and then get across the bridge. At the top, point the spotlight at the prism again to create the last bridge for this area. Swing across the trapeze and then climb the red ivy. Get across the path and time bubble the fish. You have to grind down the rails next to you for this last bridge. Jump across the platforms to the newly created bridge, and you can spot the Dufflebag hidden away. At the top, point the spotlight at the prism to create the bridge. Kill the censors and climb on the red vines while getting the teardrop figments. Head back and Time bubble the fan again and follow the path while swinging across branches and time bubbling fans. Time bubble the fan to the right and then burn the poster to the right to reveal a hidden area with a Hatbox tag. Kill the censors and then Time Bubble the fans so you can swing across them. Having defeated the Panic Attack, move forward and walk across the tightropes (there are two easy-to-miss figments below the ropes). Watch out for when it splits into five and launches a burst attack on you. Otherwise, use your Psi Blast while keeping your distance.

With the Time Bubble power, you can now slow the Panic Attacks down for a few seconds so that you can do some melee damage. Once you get across the light bridge, Psi King panics which summons a Panic Attack for you to fight.

However, it's still an acceptable brain to put into Nick's body, so you'll take it with you.
